Eye Care You Can Count On in Citrus Heights

For weeks I had been dealing with blurred vision and constant eye fatigue. Visiting the optometrist in Citrus Heights felt like stepping into a place where clarity would finally return. The doctor conducted a thorough exam and explained every detail patiently. When I tried the new prescription lenses, the difference was immediate and striking. It felt like the world had suddenly come back into focus.

The staff was very professional and personable. They gave me super thorough explanation of what was going on so I left with no questions and answered! Highly recommend everybody here is so friendly.

Had my first appointment yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The doctor and his assistant are personable and easy to talk to. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses!

The staff was kind and courteous. The doctor answered all my questions. The office was very clean. Ty was very helpful when it came time to pick out my frame, finding a pair that fit my look and comfort.

The person who gave me my exam was the most kind thorough young man I have ever encountered in any type of medical environment. He was very patient very thorough in his answers but in an easy to understand way. And took the time to actually listen to my questions and answer them and he even sent my referral to my primary care doctor for cataract surgery while I waited so I could have a copy of it for myself so I could follow up with my insurance. The office staff is also very friendly and very helpful and reminded me that I left my glasses in the examination room so I didn't have to come back and get them. So it's a great place for seniors for sure but I think everyone who visits this facility will appreciate the entire experience!

The practice is under new mgmt. after several decades and I had to get a new Doc. Dr. Aparicio was great, as well as rest of the staff. I have VSP and eye center is VSP. Last time I got glasses it cost over $700. This time...$208. Took all of 15 min to select new frames. Charles D.

Fast and friendly service. My exam was extremely well conducted and I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. It was actually fun which is not something that you often associate with medical exams. The consultation with my doctor was informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and offered advice on how to improve my eye health. I left the exam feeling confident about the types of glasses that would best suit my needs and with some practical information about how to better care for my eyes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend your services to everyone I know.

Everyone there was so helpful from the moment we called in to check for an appt. They were able to see us (both my husband and I...) THAT DAY!! When we walked in the door, everyone from the receptionist to the person that brought me back and checked my eyes prior to the doctor coming in were so patient and kind. Once the doctor came in he took the time to really explain what was going on with my eyes and what the treatment would be for them and the best solution for what I was facing. I had explained my symptoms to my eye doctor last year and got no answers other than "it happens with age", but Dr. Apracio explained everything to me, including where my eyesight was now and what symptoms I needed to look for to call him back right away. My husband also came out of his appt with him and said what a great doctor he is and how thorough. Finally we sat with Guy the optician and he really took a lot of time to go over our insurance what was covered and what was important to get or not depending on the budget that we had. He helped us both pick out a pair of glasses that would work the best for our prescriptions and needs and really took the time to make sure that we would feel comfortable with them. This is the part of the appointment that I usually want to get over the quickest, but Guy made it so enjoyable that he felt like we were just sitting with a friend. We briefly met the office manager and she was so sweet. I saw her interacting with Guy and the other employees in the office and she was fun and had a very good rapport with all of them, it seemed. I would definitely recommend this office to any of my friends or family and I'm so grateful that I found all of you… Thank you so much !!
