Eyewear Policies

We know that finding glasses you love can be overwhelming.

It’s our goal to make sure you’re excited about the quality and clarity of your new glasses!

Frame Warranty

All frames in our showroom have a one-year (1) warranty against manufacturer defects, unless otherwise specified. Frame warranty work can routinely be performed in our offices free of charge. More complex repairs may be sent to the manufacturer for completion.

Lens Warranty

Lens warranties vary based on material and coating selected for your eyewear.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Every attempt will be made to satisfy our customers with their eyewear purchase. However, on rare occasions, you may need to cancel your order. All cancellations must be made with a clinic manager within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. Each pair of glasses are custom made to order and cannot be cancelled after this time. Cancelled orders are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your eye wear order, we are happy to exchange and/or remake them for you one time within 90 days from the date of purchase at no charge. However, some fees may apply if upgrades are added to the original order. No credits or refunds will be given for remakes.
