John Coen, O.D., Optometrist
Dr. John Coen has thoroughly enjoyed practicing optometry for over 20 years, specifically creating unique ways to solve vision problems for his patients. From difficult dry eye, to patients over 40, he sees each one as a new adventure and desires each encounter to exceed expectations.
A graduate of Chico State University and University of Missouri, St. Louis, Dr. Coen resides in the Sacramento area where he has grown up all his life. He and his is wife, Dr. Brenda Coen, also at the practice, enjoy raising their sons, two of them here on earth (Jansen and Hayden) and one in heaven (Connor). Dr. Coen has served on the board of the local optometric society in the past, as well as recent trips south of the border to provide EYEcare to Mexican families.
